RESTAURANT POLICY:

Seating: Table allocation is at the venue's discretion and specific requests are not guaranteed.

Time: 15 minute time grace for all reservations otherwise no guarantee for seating . Please notify us 2 hours in advance if any changes to your time/preferences.

Dining : A minimum of one main course per guest is required.

Restaurant: We are operating as a restaurant not a bar, our bar / waiting area can be used for drinks whilst waiting for table allocation.

Booking Integrity: Reservations may be cancelled if made under false pretenses (e.g for drinks only) without intent to dine or if a required deposit for a large booking has not been received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Pushchairs/Prams: Not permitted on Fridays and Saturdays due to space limitations.

Service Charge: A 12.5% discretionary charge applies to groups of 10 or more.

External Cakes/Desserts: £10 charge per item for cakes or desserts brought in.

External Drinks: Notify in advance if bringing outside items; applicable charges will apply.

Photography: The venue may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. Notify staff if you prefer not to be included.

Payments: Large bookings are required to manage the bill amongst themselves and we can only take up to 5 card payments per table. By dining with us, you agree to these terms.
